The Victory College Prep FIRE Program connects our VCP high school students with job shadow and work experience opportunities during the school year. 

These experiences are brought to life by dozens of Indianapolis organizations that open their workplaces up to VCP for opportunities that often result in professional certifications or real industry experience for juniors and seniors in high school.

The Hawk Talk Podcast is a great example of what’s possible. It’s made possible by the team at Silver Foxx Media, who produces the show that is conceived, scripted, and hosted by VCP students.
