RYAN GALL is the Executive Director of Victory College Prep. Ryan is a first-generation college student and holds master’s degrees in Teaching from Wayne State University and Education Leadership from Central Michigan University. He has been a part of the VCP community for more than 15 years.

JESS MONK is the Chief Operating Officer at Victory College Prep. Jess began her career as an elementary school teacher in Gary, Ind. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Governors University. Jess joined VCP in 2022 and has more than 15 years of experience in urban public education.

CHELSEA EASTER is the Principal for Victory College Prep students in Grade 7 through Grade 12. Chelsea holds master’s degrees in African American Literature from the University of Chicago and in Teaching from Marian University. Her principal’s license was earned through IUPUI.

KIM RANDALL is the principal for Victory College Prep students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ball State University and a Master’s Degree in Education from IUPUI. She was a teacher for 25 years prior to taking her leadership role at VCP in 2009.
