RYAN GALL is the Executive Director of Victory College Prep. Ryan is a first-generation college student and holds master’s degrees in Teaching from Wayne State University and Education Leadership from Central Michigan University. He has been a part of the VCP community for more than 15 years.

Operations

MIKE LIPPHARDT is the Chief of Staff at Victory College Prep. Mike began his career as a mathematics teacher in Fort Worth, Texas. He holds a master’s degree in Education Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mike joined VCP in 2016 and has a decade of experience in urban public education.

Middle + High School

CHELSEA EASTER is the Principal for Victory College Prep students in Grade 7 through Grade 12. Chelsea holds master’s degrees in African American Literature from the University of Chicago and in Teaching from Marian University. Her principal’s license was earned through IUPUI.

Kindergarten + Elementary

KIM RANDALL is the principal for Victory College Prep students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ball State University and a Master’s Degree in Education from IUPUI. She was a teacher for 25 years prior to taking her leadership role at VCP in 2009.
