Network Administration
RYAN GALL is the Executive Director of the Victory College Prep School Network. He is a first-generation college student and holds master’s degrees in Teaching from Wayne State University and Education Leadership from Central Michigan University.
Gall has been a part of the VCP community for more than 15 years.Â

VALERIE MILLER is the principal for Victory College Prep students in Kindergarten through Grade 4. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ball State University, a Master’s Degree from Walden University, and completed the Indiana Wesleyan University Principal’s Licensure Program. She served a decade as a teacher before rising to leadership roles.

She is an Emerging Leaders Fellow sponsored by The Mind Trust.

CHELSEA EASTER is the Principal for Victory College Prep students in Grade 9 through Grade 12. Chelsea holds master’s degrees in African American Literature from the University of Chicago and in Teaching from Marian University. Her principal’s license was earned through IUPUI.Â
